We have a busy week and would love to have parents’ assistance this coming week.

Friday evening

7 pm at Belmont Oval.

We will be building our parade float with a 6 x 14 trailer. We will need a few hard working guys to build out this trailer into a soccer field.

Saturday

10:00 am at St. Stan’s Church on Lanza street.

In the auditorium below the Church, we will be making sandwiches for all of us on the buses. We need more than a few helpers to make the sandwiches so we can be done within an hour or two.

Sunday

7:45 am at Wisla Club to pick up the sandwiches and bottles of water to deliver to the buses.

8:00 am in front of St. Stan’s Church

We will set up our DJ and our final preparation to our float.

8:30 am in front of St. Stan’s Church

We will gather coaches, players, and parents to march in Garfield. Be sure to collect your bracelet on to board the bus. We will march from St. Stan’s to Garfield City Hall. We will board the buses at City Hall. We will need 2 Vistula representatives by each of our 5 buses. These representatives will only board those with bracelets. The representatives will have the phone numbers to their bus driver. Every responsible adult needs to remember their bus number as well as the Vistula representatives phone number. The buses will drive us to West 36th Street between 5th and 6th avenue. We will await there till we march right after the Grand Marshal Dr. Koch from Garfield and in front of all other contingents. We will march up to 56th Street. There we will board our buses back to NJ. The buses will drop some people first at St Stan’s Church and then at the Wisla Club for a quick light lunch. It is recommended to not stay too long to make room for the additional buses from Garfield coming an hour after we do.

This year we have at least 12 buses and we will need to make room for the second set of buses.
